Willie Goldberg has been on my radar for a while now.

In less than two years, this guy has built his land flipping business up to 95 notes through seller-financing; he's averaging over $20,000 in monthly revenue and actively buys and sells 15 – 20 properties per month.

I don’t know many people in the land business doing this well, especially considering he’s only been at it for two years.

In this interview, he dishes out many details on how he's reached this level in such a short time. You might be surprised to find that even though it takes a lot of work and investment, this success is more achievable than most people think.
